Welcome to SmartWealth School, a provider of wealth literacy instruction. By accessing or using our platform and related materials, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

SmartWealth School offers live or pre-recorded instructional sessions and personalized guidance (collectively, the “Services”). Scheduling, duration, and delivery methods will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Information Products

We also provide downloadable e-books, video modules, and other digital learning assets (the “Digital Products”). Access details will be sent via email upon successful payment.

3. Physical Goods

Printed manuals and branded merchandise (the “Goods”) are available for purchase. Shipping times and rates vary by destination and are provided at checkout.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction across all offerings. Please review the following guidelines based on the type of purchase:

Services: If you cancel at least seven days before a scheduled session, you may choose a full refund or to reschedule at no extra cost. Cancellations made within seven days of the session are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled upon request.
Digital Products: Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital access, all purchases of Digital Products are final and not refundable.
Goods: Goods may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition. Please contact us to obtain authorization and ship items at your expense. Upon our inspection of the shipped items, we will issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the original payment method.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method. For questions regarding this policy, please visit our contact form.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use our materials for personal development and not to distribute or resell them without prior written consent from SmartWealth School.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, and audio, is the property of SmartWealth School or its licensors and is protected under applicable law.

6. Modification of Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SmartWealth School and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our services or products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
